The price of services ordered must be paid cash first half at the time of order, with the balance payable on the day of the event at the latest. Any other billing or payment term must be subject to prior written approval from FNP EVENTS. In any case, the balance remained unpaid after formal notice will be automatically increased by 12% as a penalty clause, without prejudice to the defense costs and judicial recovery.
